  Very busy on its first night of business, so it was about a fifteen minute wait for food, but not bad for opening night.

  First let me start by saying it's nice to see more choices in Fairview. Next I'm a big fan of Hardee's and typically have enjoyed their food without issues. I've also been dreaming of eating at the new store ever since it was under construction.
  
  Now on to the review.......of my first experience with this new restaurant here in Fairview.
  
  So I stopped at the Hardee's after work on a Friday night around 7:00 pm (my first time at this new location). I ordered two double cheeseburgers and after waiting over 20 minutes for my DRIVE-THRU order I was finally on my way. I got a little impatient waiting that long, but figured it was okay since the food would be so good!
  
  Once I arrived home and unwrapped my food I found both double cheeseburgers without anything, but mayonnaise. Basically both double cheeseburgers were completely plain except for a ton of mayo! So I got back in my truck and rolled back to the store. Upon entering the store I watched as another customer was waiting on his order to be remade too. I thought to myself this appears to be a pattern, but maybe it's just been a busy day for the store. I stood waiting for someone to assist me and thought since I was holding a bad of food with the Hardee's logo that it would be quick. Well this wasn't the case.........I actually felt like I was being ignored! After what felt like 10 minutes I was getting upset especially after burning over 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru. At this point I asked a young lady for assistance with a drive-thru order that wasn't correct. She got another employee (manger) to assist me with my order. I told the manager that I had been in drive-thru.....drove home and found out my double cheeseburgers had been made incorrectly. She looked at the food and handed it back to some other employees in the food prep area. I then got mad and told her that I HATE mayonnaise and do not want those hamburgers back! That I wanted fresh double cheeseburgers.......also I asked do cheeseburgers come with mayo (she replied no they do not). She indicated they would be new double cheeseburgers. At this point I waited now for the order to be made correctly. While waiting I watched a teenage employee come from the bathroom area towards the counter area. He wiped his nose on his shirt sleeve leaving snot on his shirt. Then noticing the snot on his sleeve.....he wipes it back n forth with his hand to dissipate the appearance of nose nuggets on his sleeve. This made me just sick....but at this point he wasn't making or touching food. As I waited for my order (about 10 more minutes) I kept my eyes on the young nose blaster. Suddenly I was stunned to see him reaching into the fry staging area for the food....including the fries and onion rings! Then about this time my order came forward via the manager from earlier. Since the snot master wasn't involved in my order I rolled with it........figuring I'd never eat here is that kids working. I drove home again.......and found these burgers cold too, but figured no big deal. I ate the first burger......starving at this time! I noticed something wasn't 100% right, but wasn't sure. I took two bites from the second burger and noticed something was NOT right! I stopped and spit out my second bite.....opened the burger up and pulled the pickles off. What do I see, but mayonnaise! I was so PISSED off.......these JERKS tried to wipe off the old hamburgers and put them on new buns with cheese, ketchup, onion, and pickle! By this time I'm furious about the treatment and drove back to the store. I showed the manager from earlier the mayonnaise and told them I want a refund and don't appreciate this kind of service.
  
  Ultimately I wanted to love this new local restaurant, but unfortunately it's just another dump like so many of the chain stores have become.
